Serving as a member of the Advocate Health National Center for Health Equity (ANCHE), the Director of Health Equity Operations will be a leader of all business processes and operational functions of the National Center, advance the Center's enterprise integration approach, maximizing processes and strategy, while measuring value capture and mission impact. Reporting to the President of ANCHE, the Director will lead in the execution of the Center's strategy and business direction, overseeing centralized functions, performance monitoring and dashboards, and the development, monitoring and forecasting of ANCHE capital and operational budgets. The Director shall serve as an enterprise leader, with responsibilities for health equity operations across the entire Advocate Health footprint.The Director will be critical in the design, architecture, and process for identifying, tracking and reporting on ANCHE's progress, cross-disciplinary integration and strategic goals. The Director will be a visible member of the ANCHE leadership team, streamlining operational and work processes, working with executive and front-line leaders and staff, building relationships, and elevating the impact and reach of the Center.Additionally, the Director directs and coordinates day-to-day operations and project management to maximize ANCHE's impact in alignment with enterprise goals/strategy. Plans and coordinates departmental functions and leads in the implementation and management of ANCHE internal and external advisory bodies to ensure the Center functions effectively and efficiently. Promotes efficient use and management of all resources and develops new and innovative processes.Position Accountabilities

• Collaborate with strategic partners to outline the roadmap for achieving ANCHE deliverables for near, medium and long term.
• Collaborate with ANCHE's clinical, quality, community, academic and partners, as well as serve as a strategic liaison across the Division of Community and Social Impact and other key ANCHE executive stakeholders.
• Support the ANCHE leadership team through planning and working to milestone delivery for multiple programs and deliverables.
• Ensure that the Center works supportively and collaboratively with other teams across the enterprise; and provides operational leadership to the Center.
• Work closely with finance, HR, strategy, analytics and operational colleagues to ensure efficiency and optimization of all ANCHE efforts.
• Establish and maintain key relationships for ANCHE thought leadership, external engagement and communication.
• Guide ANCHE transformation and efficiency initiatives, leveraging economies of scale, purchasing power, fiscal management and product/platform optimization.Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in: Business administration, business operations, health administration, or public health.
• Experience in clinical or center operations, quality improvement and change initiatives as well as budget management and planning.
• Strong background in strategic execution, strategy design and cross-enterprise functional coordination.
• 5+ years of experience in leading operations in large and matrixed clinical-health system environments a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
• Position is hybrid/remote. Anticipating about 25% travel, primarily in the Milwaukee, Chicago, and Charlotte areas.
• Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
