Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Tax / Escrow SME.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payment, reconciliation, and research of property taxes,
insurance, and mortgage insurance for impounded loans
Prepare annual and initial escrow analysis statements, ensuring
compliance with RESPA regulations
Monitor delinquent taxes and coordinate with vendors and internal
teams for timely resolution
Qualifications:
5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience in Tax and Escrow working
on MSP
Prior experience with MSP Mortgage Servicing System conversion is
strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding Tax and
Escrow
Familiarity with investor rules for GSE, GOV, Private, and
Bank-owned portfolios
Proven ability to provide hands-on support during mortgage
servicing system conversion
