We are committed to making credit more affordable and accessible.As a Senior Product Manager at Above Lending, you will be responsible for overseeing product strategy, prioritizing the product roadmap, and partnering with technology to deliver high-impact initiatives.This is a hybrid role, based out of our corporate office in downtown Chicago. Expectation is to be on-site 3x per week.You Will:

• Create, manage, and prioritize the product roadmap in order to drive business goals
• Lead product execution from vision through delivery
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize business performance and user experiences
• Conduct market research and gather customer and employee feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business problems and develop product requirements
• Lead design and engineering teams to deliver projects on-time and with high quality
• Analyze product and business performance as well as customer and employee feedback to make data-driven decisions about product improvements and inform the product roadmap
• Ensure that products meet regulatory and compliance requirementsYou Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of prior product management experience
  • 2+ years of experience in fintech, lending, or payments
  • Experience querying product data using SQL
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging
