Job Description:

A company is looking for a Tax Preparation Assistant to support the tax preparation staff during the upcoming tax season.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to general tax office inquiries
Manage client database and track tax return statuses using workflow software
Organize and analyze financial information to assist in tax preparation

Required Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
