Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Finance,
Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of analysts to perform financial decision support
functions for system hospitals
Oversee complex financial analyses and assist executive leadership
in decision-making processes
Lead the yearly budget process and ensure accurate financial data
for forecasting and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or Hospital Administration with five years of experience in
financial analysis and reporting, or a Master's Degree with three
years of experience
Experience in the healthcare industry with business planning and
complex financial analyses
Management experience and ability to lead critical projects
Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Epic,
StrataJazz, and Tableau
Ability to work with executive leadership and support various
financial initiatives
