Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Financial Recovery Specialist
who will provide customer service to hospital patients regarding
their accounts and assist with settling balances.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with
their accounts
Process credit card payments and set up payment arrangements for
unpaid balances
Research insurance information and maintain accurate account notes
across systems
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred experience in customer service and call center
environments
Preferred experience with the medical billing process
Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
