Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning &
Analysis to lead financial planning and budgeting processes for the
Medicare business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, monthly/quarterly forecasting,
and long-term financial planning for the Medicare segment
Provide in-depth analysis of budget vs. actual performance and
offer actionable insights to senior leadership
Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to executive
leadership, communicating financial trends and recommendations
Required Qualifications
BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and
analysis
MBA preferred
8+ years of experience preferred
Experience in healthcare or health plan is preferred
