Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Cloud and Application Security Engineer to integrate security measures into the cloud and application development lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to embed security throughout the cloud and application lifecycle
Develop and implement automated security solutions and enforce security best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Lead application security initiatives, including secure code reviews and vulnerability assessments



Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information security preferred
Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Security within cloud-native or SaaS environments
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
3-5 years of hands-on experience with securing Infrastructure as Code and Application Security using coding languages like Python or JavaScript
Professional certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are highly desirable
