  • Head the Quality department decisions for the selection, development, and approval of new suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier visits and lead audits on-site at suppliers.
  • Implement and expand the supplier rating process.
  • Work cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and engineering.
  • Supervise a team of inspectors and purchasing personnel.
  • Work in collaboration with other functional areas to support new design introduction or revisions into manufacturing.
  • Lead/participate in internal quality and process audits; support external ISO, customer, and other audits as required.The Successful Applicant
    • Degree in engineering or an affiliated field.
    • 5+ years of Supplier Quality experience.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems and the audit process.
    • Experience with metal manufacturing and electronic components.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.What's on Offer
