Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Management to oversee a care management team focused on behavioral health members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage care coordination and escalations related to behavioral health members
Develop and implement care management policies and programs to ensure compliance and quality outcomes
Direct daily activities of care management staff and assist with onboarding and training

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing
5+ years of related experience in care management
Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN based on state requirements
Associated license working towards full licensure is required
