The Sr. Manager, Product Manager, develops and owns the short-term strategic direction of assigned product group; ensures that Littelfuse's existing and new products drive profitable growth. Creates procedures to support the Littelfuse short-term strategy.
You Will:

• Confront and solve performance/operational issues to improve efficiency and meet goals.
  
• Partner with Senior Leadership to create the short-term strategy of assigned product group; strategy ensures that product lines meet customer needs, budgetary requirements, and quality targets.
  
• Lead professionals and/or managers to ensure that the goals of the team align with the overall company strategy.
  
• Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires conceptual thinking and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
  
• Establish systems to collect metrics and analyze customer needs for continued growth and profitability.
  
  You Have:
  
  
• Bachelor or university degree.
  
• 10+ years of experience.
  
• Management experience.
  
• Deep knowledge of product management practices.
  
• Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
  
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication skills.
  
• High attention to detail.
