Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
(OCM + Workday) Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop tailored change management strategies and plans for Workday
implementations and optimizations
Engage with client leadership and stakeholders to build awareness
and commitment during the deployment process
Assess the impact of Workday initiatives and identify areas
requiring targeted interventions
Required Qualifications:
Experience as a Change Management Consultant focused on Workday
implementations or optimizations
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci,
ADKAR)
Familiarity with Workday functionalities, including HCM, Payroll,
and Financials
Proven ability to lead change initiatives in complex
environments
Analytical skills to assess change readiness and adoption
success
