Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to guide new
customers through the software implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Guide customers through the implementation process, managing the
transition from sales to deployment
Create implementation plans, establish system configurations, and
document best practices for team scalability
Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating resources and
addressing risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in SaaS customer-facing roles, focusing on
software implementation
Proven track record managing complex software implementations and
enterprise client engagements
Robust project management experience, particularly with SaaS
deployments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field preferred
Certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus
