Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the compliance team
Drive the evolution of the compliance program to support business
growth and regulatory requirements
Design and implement automated compliance monitoring systems
Required Qualifications
7+ years of relevant compliance experience in a law firm,
consulting firm, or corporate in-house legal department
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Broad knowledge of the mortgage lending and servicing industry
Experience developing and implementing a compliance management
program
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously
