Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Asset Management to assist in
managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned loans, including borrower and lender
communication
Analyze property financials and report performance to
lenders/investors
Monitor loan-specific events, process construction draws, and
provide weekly updates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with 1+ years in a
Senior Associate role
Experience in commercial real estate and debt or equity asset
management preferred
Proficiency with major property types and advanced CRE
principles
Ability to create complex financial models in Excel or similar
programs
