Qualified candidates will have prior related experience with document management control and records management. This position requires current security access to be considered.Role and responsibilities include:

• Work as part of a collaborative team developing and enhancing Knowledge Management practices in a Digital Engineering Environment
• Provide ongoing monitoring and metrics for assessments aligned to KM program goals
• Advise KM team regarding waivers and exceptions to plans
• Support conflict resolution between reference materials and training
• Apply KM standards to identify and recommend areas for improvement to support continual process improvements
• Support ongoing development and implementation for document management policies and procedures
• Maintain current with industry best practices
• Provide onsite supportRequirements include:
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Library Science, Knowledge Management, or related discipline
  • 9+ years of related experience supporting Knowledge Management for a DoD or IC customer including
    • 5+ years of experience developing policies, procedures, and governance for document management controls
    • Experience developing and enhancing KM processes
    • Experience monitoring KM practices and applying measurements for KM metrics to meet program goals
    • Experience interacting with team members to ensure application of KM practices aligns with program policies
    • Experience developing and delivering presentations for KM related areas
    • Effective written and verbal English communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
    • Experience working in a blended government and contractor team environment and interacting with technical and non-technical team members
