Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account
Manager responsible for driving product adoption and cultivating
customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer
stakeholders to drive product adoption
Manage account activities and ensure customer success through
proactive engagement and reporting
Identify renewal risks and opportunities for cross-selling and
upselling to expand sales
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree
Four (4) plus years of experience in customer success, account
management, or sales in SaaS or similar industry
Two (2) plus years in a customer service-oriented role
Broad knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing processes and
systems
Experience with Sales and Marketing technology such as
Salesforce
