Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, GCP Excellence
in Clinical Trials.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of GCP Excellence
strategies for clinical trial teams
Collaborate with R&D Quality to ensure compliance and readiness
for inspections and audits
Identify and drive process optimizations to enhance inspection
readiness and TMF health
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent; Life Sciences
preferred
8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical
research, with 6+ years in compliance or clinical study
management
Experience in leading projects and cross-functional
collaboration
Global/international experience with knowledge of the
pharmaceutical industry
Operational experience in clinical development with exposure to
novel approaches
