Position Highlights:

Position: Speech Language Pathologist / Out Patient Rehab Services

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Hours: Days and some evenings

Part time/Full Time: Full Time- Part time 24 hours per week

What you will need:

• The completion of a degree in Speech/Language Pathology or the equivalent
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• American Speech/Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence or eligibility
• CPR certification from American Heart Association. General Summary:
  
  Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, performs evaluations, treatment planning, goal setting and develops and implements individual Speech Pathology therapy programs designed to improve and maximize patient independent functioning within their physical limitations.
