qualified Med/Surg RN in Rockford, Illinois, 61104 About The
Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty:
Medical/Surgical - Neurology Job Duration: Ongoing Shift: 3 12-hour
shifts with every other weekend Guaranteed Hours: Full-time
Experience: 2 years License: RN, Illinois Certifications: None
specified Must-Have: Mid-to-large hospital experience, Not local
within a 50-mile radius Job Description: - Provide high-quality
care to patients in a Medical/Surgical Neurology unit. -
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement
individualized patient care plans. - Monitor patient progress and
adjust care plans as necessary. - Administer medications and
perform treatments in accordance with hospital policies. - Maintain
a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. -
Educate patients and families on health conditions and
post-discharge care. - Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality
according to regulatory standards. - Participate in continuous
professional development to enhance nursing skills. Please note:
