  • Job Description: Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital
  • Contract Length: 13 Weeks
  • Orientation Date: 2/25
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
  • Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation
  • Float Requirements: Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
    • Job Requirements
    • Required Certifications: BLS, WI or Compact license
    • Minimum Experience: 3-5 years MS experience required
    • Charting Experience Required: EPIC required within last 12 months
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation
      • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Employee may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed.
          • Additional Details
          • Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
          • Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment
          • Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
