Your abilities will be put to expansive use while also guiding and leading our team of lathe machinists. Proficient programming skills using Mazatrol is required. Prior experience mentoring others is a plus. Knowledge of Mastercam programming is a plus. Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings. Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to process precision parts from start to finish. Responsibilities include: Set up, Program and Run CNC Lathes Lead and mentor a team of CNC Lathe Machinists Inspect your own parts, maintain accurate inspection documentation using precision measuring instruments Perform multiple short run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool changes Maintain a safe working environment Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is an ISO certified and ITAR registered manufacturing company serving customers with engineering, tooling, drilling, and machining services.
