Job Description:

Experienced Head Chef Wanted - Busy West Loop RestaurantFast-paced high-volume environment seeking performance-driven leader to manage kitchen staff. Must handle menu formulation, inventory, ordering, and food costs. Hire, schedule, and oversee BOH employees.Benefits:
--- Head Chef position
--- Competitive salary with bonus program

--- Paid vacation time (Two weeks/10 days)
--- 401k with 6% company matchSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 (based on experience)Essential Skills:

Culinary knowledge and organization skills
Communication in English and Spanish
Foodservice kitchen management in high-volume environment
Building and leading a strong kitchen teamRequirements:
- 5+ years' experience as a Sous Chef or KM
- High-volume restaurant experience (500+ covers/night)
- Up-to-date sanitation certification, including Food Manager Certificate
- Proven track record and stable work history with references
- Computer skills: MS Excel, Word (optional)
