Position Responsibilities

• 
  
• Handle complex recruitment assignments for our corporate positions and provide guidance to the recruiting team.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan.
  
• Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.
  
• Source talent using job boards, niche sites, email campaigns and cold calling.
  
• Maintain and build relationships with recruiting agencies and other organizations to find talent.
  
  Minimum Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or a related field.
    
  • 7+ years in recruiting. Experience in a corporate setting preferred.
    
  • Knowledgeable in full life cycle recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, networking and assessing candidate skills.
    
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
