A company is looking for a Senior Learning Developer to create
online learning solutions using instructional design techniques and
various eLearning software.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement online learning solutions using instructional
design software
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance course content
and delivery
Manage relationships with vendors to create cost-effective
e-learning experiences
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in online or classroom-based instructional
design
Proficiency with eLearning software such as Articulate Storyline
and Adobe Captivate
Experience producing high-quality e-learning on small budgets
Ability to consult and teach online instructional design
principles
Track record of leveraging learning technologies to train a diverse
workforce
