Job Description:
Position Overview
As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Distributed
IT Division, you will oversee a $750M P&L leading a
550-employee population across 5 main product lines and 2
manufacturing and distribution sites. You will drive strategic and
operational plans for the divisions, including operations, business
development, engineering, product and commercial marketing, and key
customer management. In this highly visible role, you will lead the
development and execution of initiatives to drive top-line revenue
growth and profitability.
Reporting to the President of the Energy Solutions and Services
(ESS), you will be a thought leader who can provide key strategies,
observations, ideas, and be an outspoken advocate in identifying
both risks and opportunities for the organization. As a critical
member of the ESS Leadership team, you will be tasked with taking
the business to the next level by ensuring growth through a variety
of progressive power management solutions.
This role is located in Woodridge, IL.

$236,997.00 - $347,595.60 a year. This role is also eligible for a
variable incentive program. Please note the salary information
