Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile
practices and support cross-functional teams in a remote
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates all scrum events and provides feedback for process
improvement
Manages project scope and product backlog in collaboration with the
Product Owner
Promotes Agile practices and helps resolve conflicts to ensure team
progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
5+ years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software
development
Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as
Jira
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or
equivalent certification required
