Job Description:
A company is looking for a Represented Litigation Adjuster (WI,
IL) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or
bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional
customer service
Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and claimants
using various communication channels
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Bodily Injury Claim handling experience preferred
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability
determination
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a
remote environment
Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims
evaluation
Certificates, licenses, or registrations may be required within 60
days of hire
