Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide
expert legal guidance on commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support and advice to a global commercial legal
team
Negotiate and draft supplier, customer, and channel agreements
globally
Advise on legal risks for new business projects and manage internal
queries
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited US law school and
licensed to practice in the US
Minimum of 8 years of commercial legal experience, with at least 5
years in-house
Expertise in contract law and commercial transactions
Experience with public sector contracts and data privacy
Desirable: German language skills
