A company is looking for a Paralegal - Corporate Governance
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Draft corporate resolutions related to entity compliance
matters
Liaise with foreign outside counsel and third-party vendors
regarding compliance matters
Prepare board and shareholder meeting materials and manage virtual
data rooms for strategic projects
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate
environment
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience with entity compliance and public company executives
preferred
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive legal matters
Experience with international entities is preferred
