Location: Bartlett, ILMidway Staffing is looking for an On-Site Supervisor to join our team!Weekly PayPay Rate: $23.50/hrThe On-Site Supervisor partners with the client's management team and Midway Staffing's branch personnel to support our clients' staffing and daily operation needs. In this role, you will help manage the respective client's new hire onboarding and payroll process, safety training, and daily reporting. If you're someone who can juggle multiple tasks with ease, has a knack for problem-solving, and possesses the empathy and listening skills to truly connect with our employees, we want to talk to you!Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with the client onboarding process, including onboarding paper, on-the-job training, and orientation.
• Assist with client's payroll functions including submitting timecards, reviewing assignments, administering checks, and reviewing payroll reports.
• Conduct safety training for all new hires onsite in addition to daily site walkthroughs for safety checks.
• Maintain daily communication and relationships with the respective client leadership team.
• Prepare and deliver daily reports for respective clients, reports include rosters, attendance, and safety reporting.
• Assist the Midway Staffing recruitment team with posting jobs on electronic job boards, sourcing candidates, and initial screening of candidates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications/Skills Needed to Succeed:
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Required.
  • Prior On-Site or staffing experience is a plus!
  • Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
