Job Description:

Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chairman and CEO. This key role will involve managing complex schedules, facilitating communication, coordinating travel, supporting meetings and events, and handling various family office tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high degree of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars, meeting coordination, and daily communications.
Coordinate business travel and ensure smooth logistics, including private aviation.
Support meetings and events, from scheduling to logistics and vendor management.
Handle financial tasks such as expense reporting and budget tracking.
Assist with personal scheduling and family office duties.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive information.


Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office, travel booking systems, and expense reporting tools.
Excellent communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
