- Call requirements based on department needs, currently one
night per week and one weekend per month
- Experience with GE scanner and EPIC is preferred
- Job Requirements
- BLS certification required
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
- Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of
start
- Ascension Specialty Exam completed prior to first assignment
and updated every 3 years
- Documentation of two MMR vaccines or positive IGG titer
required
- Fit Test required prior to start
- Hepatitis B vaccination documentation required
- Influenza Vaccine documentation required
- Health Statement required prior to first assignment
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA documentation required
- Varicella vaccination documentation required
- Tdap vaccination documentation required
- Ascension Profile required prior to start
- Ascension 2 Professional References required prior to first
assignment
- Ascension Criminal Background Check Results required prior to
start
- Ascension EPLS verification required prior to start
- Ascension Skills Checklist required prior to start

- Shift: 1130-2000
- Call: based on department needs, currently one night per week
