Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Insights Lead to develop and
maintain long-term client relationships and enhance client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the senior key contact for a portfolio of client accounts,
ensuring satisfaction and issue resolution
Conduct training and set up reporting to generate insights and data
stories for clients
Monitor account health and communicate risks and opportunities to
the management team
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Client Success or Insights within
analytics or digital media
Proven ability to create value for clients through data
insights
Experience in mentoring and training junior team members
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Collaborative approach to problem-solving
