Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Administration
Analyst to support the management and delivery of benefits and
leave programs.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning, design, implementation, and
administration of US and global benefits programs
Manage third-party relationships and compliance requirements for
benefits programs
Support the leave administration process and ensure accurate
documentation of leave requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training/experience
with a minimum of 5 years' experience in US Benefits and Leave
programs
Demonstrated benefits administration experience, including
knowledge of health and welfare plans and leave practices
Experience working with an enterprise HRIS application, such as ADP
Workforce Now
Foundational knowledge in Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
