Salesforce Solution Architect with Health Cloud experience (8-12 years) who can design and implement solutions tailored for healthcare organizations. Below are the key requirements:

Must-Have Skills:
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Hands-on Salesforce Technical Skills:
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex
JavaScript
Salesforce Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Security
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits
Writing and maintaining Unit Test Classes

Preferred Skill:
Salesforce Health Cloud (Strong preference for candidates with experience in this)

Primary Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:

Architect and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.
Define data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure seamless operations within the health ecosystem.
Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Customization & Configuration:

Configure Salesforce Health Cloud to meet business needs.
Customize UI, objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.

Integration & Data Management:

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare systems (EHR, billing systems, telehealth platforms).
Handle data mapping, transformation, integrity, and security in integrations.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
Provide technical guidance to developers, admins, and business teams.
Address issues, ensure adoption, and drive innovation.

Industry & Technology Updates:

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, healthcare technology trends, and improvements in Salesforce Health Cloud.
Identify opportunities for enhancements and innovation in healthcare workflows.


Key Competencies:
Strong technical and architectural expertise in Salesforce (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).
Ability to define and implement security measures compliant with healthcare regulations.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
