Position Overview: A successful Retail Store Associate will strive to go above and beyond to create special customer experiences at the store. Position Details:

• Provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers with a strong knowledge of the products and brand.
• Effectively communicate sales and promotions to customers.
• Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the store.
• Accurately process all register transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and practices. What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-centric and takes pride in their work.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator. Environmental Factors:
    • Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
    • Frequent lifting and bending, climbing ladders, and use of a computer.
    • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees. Benefit Offerings: 40% employee merchandise discount, 401K program with company match, employee stock purchase plan. Compensation: $15.00 - $16.58/hour
