• Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers
• Oversee design quality, budget, and schedule
• Support client interaction, proposals, and business developmentResponsibilities
• Develop and manage budget, schedule, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines for assigned projects
• Actively manage project changes directly with the Client in coordination with the Project Manager
• Review lower level engineering work or assignments and coordinate multiple discipline activity
• Develop good working relationships with project leadership, design teams, and support staff
• Provide support to business development and pursuit activities
• Occasional travel to support site visits, design reviews, and client meetingsMinimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
