Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager
(contractor) to manage the recruitment process across multiple
regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for the US,
UK, and Netherlands
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain recruitment metrics and lead virtual or in-person
orientation sessions for new hires
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in
a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Proven experience recruiting for various functions within a SAAS or
Tech company
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of global hiring laws and regulations, particularly in
the US, UK, and Netherlands, is preferred
