Alumni Relations & Development (ARD) engages alumni (-220k),
current students, parents and friends of the University through
intellectual, professional and social activities on campus, around
the world and online. ARD raises $600 Million annually to support
faculty and researchers, practitioners and patients, and students
and programs across the University. Our work supports priorities in
every division, school, department, and institute.
Department Summary:Within ARD, the College Development team
advances philanthropic partnerships with key alumni, parents, and
friends of the College to support the educational goals of its
undergraduates. This includes support for financial aid and the
Odyssey Scholarship Program, teaching and research, career
development, housing, athletics, and international study. The
reunion program raises, on average, over $15M annually in support
of the College's fundraising efforts.
Job Summary
This role plans and executes the institution's campaign for annual
gift support from all constituents, including alumni, and solves
straightforward problems as they arise.
The Assistant Director, College Reunions offers the exciting
opportunity to engage with a wide range of alumni from those newly
graduated to those celebrating their 50th Class Reunion. This role
will design strategies to meet fundraising goals for specific
reunion cohorts through personal solicitation and peer-to-peer
solicitations for the volunteers this role manages. The Assistant
Director will build relationships with alumni and other
stakeholders to curate a superior reunion experience with a
moderate level of guidance and direction.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum requirements include a college or university
degree in related field.
Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills
developed through 2-5 years of work experience in a related job
discipline.
