Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, RCM Specialist (Insurance
Collections).
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and mentorship to the RCM team, including
training and guidance
Identify trends in insurance payer accounts and develop process
improvements
Handle escalated billing inquiries and disputes, ensuring
resolution and compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Three years of related work experience in healthcare
administration, insurance, or billing
Two years of experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies
preferred
Experience in a Medicare-certified environment is advantageous
Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
