Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Director,
responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic direction for
the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Engage directly in high-value enterprise deals, leading
negotiations and building relationships with key
decision-makers
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve
revenue targets, focusing on enterprise accounts
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Account Executives and
Business Development Representatives to maximize performance
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Executive,
or Strategic Sales roles within SaaS or tech industries
Proven success in managing relationships with enterprise-level
clients and exceeding sales targets
Expertise in designing and presenting complex proposals to
enterprise clients
Experience leading a sales or business development team is a
plus
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems and sales intelligence
platforms
